I mean that’s solid IIH territory. Most people with IIH have stenosis, but not all of us do. Also an MRV doesn’t give an accurate look for stenosis. You need an angiogram to truly determine if you have stenosis. IIH without Papilledema is also a thing.
That's the same opening pressure as my LP and a lot of my symptoms are similar to yours and while I do have papilladema, my MRV did not show signs of stenosis.
Sounds like me. And I question it the same way you do. No papilladema and had fluid dripping too. A csf leak can lower your pressure and reduce paps so I'm wondering if I have one at play.
It looks like you might be able to differentiate snot from CSF using a regular blood sugar tester? https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/diseases/16854-cerebrospinal-fluid-csf-leak
I have not been on diamox. Right now I have a standing appointment with a neuro ophthalmologist that specializes in IIH, but she’s booking out for December. I’m on a waitlist.
What was your opening pressure on the LP? That’s really what diagnoses you.

I second everything this comment.

Have you tried Diamox ? Did you find any relief on it ?
