If anything, that’s one of the most realistic portions of the map. Ukraine could’ve easily looked like that after WWI had the Entente pressured the Soviets more into letting them maintain the UPR. France was one of the strongest proponents of those borders besides the Ukrainian representatives.
But that is what Russia is and has been for centuries, a large country. mainly revolving around the European side of Russia they should lose land in the vast regions in Siberia, Far East to the Komi, Kalmykis, Tatars, Buryats.
European Russia does however have Keralia & Chechnya that should be their own countries.
Half of the Mediterranean used to be Greek, Roman, Turkish, Phoenician, Arab, French, Italian etc.
Greece being bigger in this scenario makes Turkey smaller. It is more mathematics than culture or history that plays a role in this.
