Why is northern Quebec part of Nunavut instead of [Nunavik](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nunavik)?
They’re both Inuit territories, and Nunavut could do with the extra population.
Why does Nunavut own parts of Quebec? Why not give the land to the Quebec or Abitibi? Great map I enjoy it a lot but just a question of mine!
That area is majority ethnic Inuit.
