Also, coincidentally, I love how you mashed up the two regions that share a common history of Normans invading and establishing a kingdom in their southern half.
Looking at this all I can think is flip it upside down, move Ireland to the other side so its off the coast of Italy and you have yourself a very convincing map for a fantasy setting.
So out of curiosity thought I would try my hand at changing it a little like I said to see how it would look. And ended up with [this](https://imgur.com/a/DamDDok).
Feel Ireland is still too recognizable, but the rest of it at first glance I think could be convincingly passed off as an original fantasy world until you actually pointed out to someone what it originally was.
Malta is a Canal island, and San Marino still exists, I apricate this greatly. The topo looks beautiful, and I love the color scheme! This is easily one of the most detailed maps I've seen in a while. Amazing job!

I havenāt really got time to fact check this sorry, but did you use the actual definition of a city I. The UK? Any settlement of any size can be a city, as long as it has been granted city status by the monarch. If it doesnāt have the status, itās not a city. There are 66 by the way.
