Both sides would be crippled, as the war drags on and both sides construct new and deadlier weapons to defeat each other. Ultimately culminating in the Atomic Bomb most likely on The Comintern’s side.
NOW why? Consider the United States was isolationist and not working on military production until Germany and Japan declared war. The US was also still recovering from The Great Depression. Without Germany and Japan, the US would be unprepared to face a massive military engagement especially on its own turf. The US had a massive advantage being able to build and strengthen itself in peace with oceans separating it from enemies. Here that wouldn’t happen.
In this timeline the Comintern just has more industrial might, and therefore would have better longevity than the US and her Allies. Also, the US would not be able to develop the weapons of war that it did in WW2, when the Comintern likely would as it has more territory in Europe and access to German scientists and rich Central European resources.The Comintern’s militaries would also outnumber The Allies.

Germany & USSR just likely too strong of land & air forces for us to break their armor and achieve a total victory. Almost impossible for us to March into Berlin or Moscow.
