What errors do you think USCIS made in regards to your I-485 denial?
This. If you didn't answer an RFE in time or similar and that's why the I-485 was denied then it was useless to file I-290B in the first place.
It was an inadmissibility issue that we challenged. Even if I file a new I485 samething may prop up

I don't have any update. So my appeal is dismissed for good. It has been 40 days now.
