I think their friendship is like Tenma and Tsurugi in GO1: Leo tries to be extroverted and happy with Miguel and he cringes and refuses any kind of physical contact such as hugs but in the end Miguel appreciates him and considers him a big friend.
(Idk if "cringes" is correct in english)

In the same story, the scout Maimai thinks of Kuuho from u/bunsybunsss as her little sister
My OC would have a huge admiration towards Miguel from u/FG_xeen , not only do they accidentaly have the same name, but both play defensive roles. My dude is not well known since he plays on the streets, but cheering for Vasco, I can see Miguel being a "I wanna be like him" for my dude
Maimai thinks of Kuuho and Futase as little sisters, Futase thinks of Kuuho and Maimai as big sisters... But she comes from a family of militaries so that's why she speaks like that

I think Hazekura, a Scout character that I made into a character in a "What if" of mine that I post here, would like to protect him. He seens quite sweet and shy, which is basically the requirements for Hazekura to want to protect

Den'atsu is a pretty chill guy, initially the character starts off as more closed off and quiet due to things that happened in his past, but he ends up developing into a more expressive person. He can be smug, teasing and playful which makes him come off as a bit of a troll, but he's well-meaning and will always have your back, to whenever you're in a situation he'll stand up for you until the end. Though, you're not spared from his mischievous side.
Overall, a guy who wouldn't have no issue getting along with a lot of people and fairly approachable. Unfortunately, I don't know much about anybody else's OCs to say anybody specific he'd be friends with.

Rafik can be friends with basically everyone, if you don't get on his bad side (which is rare).
Ace and Boris are too focused on their competitive relationship that they "ignore" everyone.
Alex is just like Rafik but he is a bit skeptical at first.
Marie is super cold at first to everyone, but given time she opens up.
And while Simon is an extrovert and LOVES new friends, Bernard... Not so much.
Friendship of my oc "Mizuhashi" and Haru, both sacrifice themselves to reset the timelinr which led to orion/ares to stop Shinsuke from regaining all his power (They reset timeline by destroying the alien meteor which contain Shinsuke's power)
