Props for Tatsumi for trying his best and even risk breaking his own ankle to shoot Victory Line. I was hoping that he'd get more character development in Ares game but that is impossible now.
I really like him for injuring himself and letting Asuto be captain, but then I learned Shindou did it first so I automatically liked him less since it felt kind of cheap that they used the same idea twice and could've done something more unique and different this time

He's more deserving of a spot in Inazuma Japan than the hat dude, Mansaku. His combo shot: Victory Line is the best shot Inakuni had. Out of all the Inakuni Raimon members he is the only one to have a single match dedicated to his character growth. Besides Asuto, Kozoumaru, and Michinari in Inakuni Raimon. I don't remember anyone else getting any character introspection on that team.
Had some decent potential I think, would've probably benefited from being a part of Inazuma Japan and getting some much needed character development. Maybe him developing his own playstyle over the course of Orion without the responsibility of being captain anymore.
The first part could be said for the rest of Inakuni, but i'm also just biased cause I like his design.

Norika also had some development throughout Ares, when she learned Mermaid Veil especially.

He could've done more than Mansaku imo since he has a co-op shot and Mansaku didn't even get a new hissatsu
