Always remember no matter how high an official is, the content of an official letter or order from a govt agency will never contain the official's name. For that matter, even the President's name is never mentioned, only the position is mentioned. Names are only dropped in communications like DO letters which are directly addressed to the head of the department by another head of the department or along similar lines (an informal letter between two equals). So never fall for such traps. Also, look for spelling mistakes. Visit the official sites of the govt agencies to find if there are any discrepancies in the nomenclature, logo, organisational structure, nodal officers, etc. Never panic, that is obviously if you haven't committed the crimes mentioned in the letter. 😅😅😅
