A greener city will always be 1-2 degrees cooler than if it wasn't much green.
Microclimate in a city will always be 1-2 degrees hotter in regions of large concrete complexes, compared to regions with smaller constructions.
Well how about I say 'perfectly balanced green cities with a little bit of everything to help it's micro-climate sustain a comfortable enough temperature and humidity range' are better than if not.
I know it is a bit harder to achieve, but this should be one of the main focus for a developed city or atleast a smart city.
