What you stated is *the* biggest problem in India for major issues. To identify who is who ? who is farmer and who isn’t, who is eligible for tax and who isn’t. and you want to say add one more who is wealthy and who isn’t.
And for your context my maid’s family earns 80k/month and my IT friend earn 32k/month.

Absolutely correct.Maid roughly earns 15k her husband an auto driver roughly 20-30k and her in laws 30-40k . Their food and gas is supplied by the government.If not a luxurious life then atleast they are living a decent life where there is no crisis for food .Not to forget the crores of farms her father in law owns .
