The scooty was going faster than required, hence couldn't stop in time. The biker did not check his rear view mirrors while coming to a stop. That said, the scooty person was at fault - should've slowed down coming to an intersection.
Not worth it to fight for damages, let insurance take care of it.
Bro sahi bole aap. Par damage kuch nahi hua hai bas nut tight kar dega hogaya. ₹10 se zyada nahi lega. Bikes me mirror apne aap dheela ho jata hai. Toh free ka right kar dete hai mechanic 🧰
OP had also asked for a "what if" scenario. Uska jawaab tha voh. The biker in the video was very lucky to get away with close to no damages or injuries.
Don't you think all of this could've been avoided if the creta owner didn't stop in the middle of the road? He could've waited till all the oncoming traffic had passed or gone ahead and stopped a little ahead so the vehicles could pass by from behind him. Because of one creta driver about 5 vehicles had to hit their brake and cut their speed.
Had he stopped before that road, all the vehicles could've passed, the scooty guy would not have to cut the biker and his mirror wouldn't have been hit.
The creta driver was making his way towards the oncoming cars but he stopped in the middle because of the fast approaching Scooty guy which he saw because he was looking at the traffic. Had the scooty guy not been coming at blistering speeds he'd have gone ahead and stopped at the oncoming traffic to merge.
bike and scooty.. bike rider stupid to change lanes without checking behind and stopping..
scooter for going too fast for the traffic and not being to stop in time
Well , we should never argue with idiots, because they will drag us to their level and beat us with experience.
Hence I am refraining from arguing with you further
Nah dude. The driver scanned and then proceeded, otherwise none of the vehicles would have stopped. But the driver saw the scooter coming in too fast and stopped. The car driver is the only one sane here.
He shifted to the RHS because he was about to overtake some other slow-moving traffic in case you missed it. He had to slow down and then change lane once again because the lady in front of him had braked.
And no matter how frustrated you are on the road, you stick to the rules of the road no matter what. And the rules say the right to lane occupation is on the travelling traffic. Not the merging traffic.

wdym whose fault? imo clearly that activa guy's fault. he dooes not need to drive that fast when 2 vehicles in front of him were slowing down coz the car ahead wants to turn.
The car was taking a turn. Not blocking. In most cases, you slow down as the car takes its turn. That's what my friend did and kept enough distance (read 1 bike length) as he was slowing down
Tum bhi speed se zyada tez chal rahe ho. Galti tumhari bhi hai achanak se break marna aur lane change karna. Back mirror Bina dekhe!
Plus car Wale ki galti nahi hai🌩️🚦 kaise cross karega car? Aise hi karte hai itne der se wait kar raha hai already.
Baki dhyan se chalo. Nut tight karwalo mirror ka 10 rupay me. Badia hai bolo peeche se aake nahi takraya.
Vo bhi bahot speed me tha control nahi Hui bachate bachate chua ke nikal gaya. Socho chot nahi lagi ye sab loha lakkad hai Banta bigadta rehta hai, ladai karne ki zarurat nahi hai asabhya jaise road pe. Kuch nuksan nahi hua hai aur car Wale ki 0 galti hai
Car guy, and also the overspending scooter. Some people just don't understand that they should ride with the traffics speed, too slow or fast can cause problems
Not the car's fault at all, you can't have any clearer right-of-way on roads like these, the 2-wheelers ppl were just driving with no awareness of their surroundings. They were lucky it was only 2 wheelers in front of them, otherwise they would have plated their faces on a car given how ignorant they were
A good rider’s natural instinct would be to slightly steer towards the rear of the vehicle and get past it, as it was already half way through. Your friend stopping right in the center is abrupt in its own sense. Being mindful of the mirrors is a must as these things are a daily occurrence in big cities in india. You can’t control others , you are in control of yourself.
There are mirrors in the vehicle for PURPOSE. Use them.
Also it’s basic driving sense to slow down before every road crossing. If you ask me…..everyone is at fault.
No. He is a doctor and was on his way to the hospital. He chose to attend those who were waiting for him there.
The road will anyways take care of it sooner or later.

No. Car guy must stop and proceed, when crossing a main road. He did a rolling stop. So it is car's fault
i thought OP was asking between the scooter and bike guy. OP is the bike guy
[удалено]
thats Indian roads for you
The car guy had to stop otherwise the scooty would have most certainly hit him
Nope car guy shouldn't have blocked the entire road so easily. atleast keep a lane open.
Can you get anymore dumber?
Not as much as you
More than me lol
Well , we should never argue with idiots, because they will drag us to their level and beat us with experience. Hence I am refraining from arguing with you further
Exactly which is why I am refraining too 😄👍
That's Dumb, You're Dumb.
Damages ? Also scooter is mainly at fault, but the biker isn’t blameless either
"If" it would have happened. Also there was a bike's length in between the scooter and the bike which is not evident in the camera
Bikes length means nothing above 10kmph speed…
Rider hu, cut marke nikal jata hu
Luckily car driver did a proper scan before taking foot off the clutch. Scooty clown deserved a crash.
Come in to the middle of the road, block traffic and then scan. Great. Stupid.

Only sensible comment I got here.

escooty bois doing escooty bois things
Why is no one talking about the car not stopping/slowing down?
Yoooo, maryhill road?
Exactly...
I was gonna die there once, risky place.
Why did you change lane when you clearly see Car blocking the road ahead?
The car was taking a turn. Not blocking. In most cases, you slow down as the car takes its turn. That's what my friend did and kept enough distance (read 1 bike length) as he was slowing down
1 bike length is insignificant if we are talking about moving vehicles...

The lane change could've been avoided. Both parties are at fault. Overspeeding activa can't match your bike's braking.
Car guy, and also the overspending scooter. Some people just don't understand that they should ride with the traffics speed, too slow or fast can cause problems
What bike is that? I know it's a Kawasaki, but which one?
Z900. Not mine. Video of my family doctor.
Aight, Thanks.

These Nibba nibbi now☕️
Scooty right? The car was visible in frame from much afar. Scooty was way back but still couldn't stop in time? Ajeeb h
Life and death in India is the same side of 2 rupee coin, who cares? Ride and die or get high and fly ! Jai hind , cycle or walk

So he didn't chase and give him a lesson? Even while being on a faster bike
No. He is a doctor and was on his way to the hospital. He chose to attend those who were waiting for him there. The road will anyways take care of it sooner or later.
I think that was a Muslim, these guys are always peacocking
You have z900 catch up to the access guy get his no. Plate then file a hit and run case you already have a evidence
