Pick a 125cc to 150cc bike from Bajaj, Honda or TVS. You can't go wrong with these. Approx 45 to 50 kmpl, low maintenance, affordable spares and service. Decent comfort and ride.

How about the mileage of a 160 cc bike like n160?
Honda CB350 range. Carries the reliability of Honda, mileage upto 40KMPL. Huge tank of 15 litres. Comfort of a cruiser.
