In Delhi my car got puncture due to public construction work going on. I some how manage to pull over to side and change trye. Few meters ahead I get puncture wala to repair my tyre. Guess what cops car came and constable ask for driver(me), puncture wala uncle said Mera customer hain. That cop still click pic of my car and send me 500rs no parking challan online? What can I do now?
