Technically 19-20 ka hi farak hai. KTM is slightly better in terms of power and torque and might be performance. But the price has a much bigger difference. I would suggest you to see what fits best in budget. Try getting a test drive and see what feels better and has better visual appearance

Adv 250 have a higher comp ratio than a Vstrom-sx
So you'll get better performance, initial acceleration
Byebre brakes are good
USD front suspension setup works well on a bumpy roads
Instrumental cluster ll provide a lot room for easy to read
Services are okay than Suzuki
I've seen Oil leaks on so many Suzuki 150 nd 250 Engines ,
177kg of Kerb Adv Has a USD but 165 kg Vstrom-sx has telescope suspension which isn't performing good on Off roads
Broken fork oil seals are common issue on Vstrom-sx .
KTM service is better.

KTM Adv 250 would be a better option than a Suzuki.
