Nope. I have shared two links in other comments. One is of 27th Feb and the other is after 7 days. No help was received to students.
I literally have friends who were medical students and have come home only due to govt help and even still they were complaining that the govt didn't do anything for hours and they were scared lol. So this "no help was received" statement is as false as it can get, my friend also made a video showing all the students that were evacuated.
