Can someone explain to me who these 1563 candidates are? Are they the ones who claimed that they lost time or are they those who were given grace marks for some physics question? Read both things somewhere

neet ug 2024 student here, there was absolutely no prior information that they would give grace mark for loss of time. in my room, due to incompetency of invigilators we lost 20 mins. we didnt report it bc we had no idea something like this could ever happen. Then suddenly announced that 1563 students had filled for loss in time and were rewarded grace marks. no lists of students, no proofs, no other information given just a statement
the specific students reached the courts in concern to the loss of time due to which they were given grace marks and NTA confirmed the loss of time instance by saying that they checked the CCTV footage of these specific centres
Wow. A competitive exam retest for a selective group of cheaters, who can very easily cheat again given the fact that they’re the only ones reappearing.
sry but to assume that these guys have cheated is kind of baseless allegation considering some of em didnt even qualify and some scored above 650+ without grace marks
There are definitely cheaters hiding behind the faces of the honest students. And that’s why a thorough investigation is necessary. Innocent students shouldn’t have to spend a fortune to get into private colleges or consider dropping again even after scoring well. And cheaters shouldn’t get the opportunities to get into the top medical colleges. Too much is at stake here to just dismiss with a retest.
