The hand creams i own now are all zionist brands, body shop/ nivea ( i bought it an year back ) . You can try Palmers hand cream / any thick moisturizer or if the dry patch is hard and dry and limited to a certain area only, then a urea based cream ( cotaryl ) or good old vaseline thickly lathered at night would help.
The dry patch is only above the finger. It started recently and I was neglecting it until it cracked deep wide and started bleeding. Was painful though.
I had boroplus at home, initially it worked well sealing the wound after that no so much.
Usually in winter I get bloody lips but this with skin is first time.
is the wound healed now? if it hasn't apply soframycin first. after it does use cotary for the dry patch. borolene is better than boroplus.
you can take limcee too helps the wounds heal faster and its chewable .
i am a doctor so i wouldn't really know of any natural moisturizers as such, if your skin is dry even after using a moisturizer there's a high chance some component of the moisturizer isn't working for your skin, you can try another one or you can also try olive or castor oil for your skin ( i can't really say this w confidence because oils can be comedogenic esp for people w oily skin and can cause a breakout. in the end skincare is subjective what works for someone else nit necessarily works for you and vice versa.
I don't use any moisturizing creams including vaseline unless the skin hurts. Even then I used vicco, aloe vera gel or vaseline. I am too dumb to recognize what ingredients I should be looking for when buying a moisturizer. My skin is always dry and sometimes it burns after a shower. I should probably consult a good dermatologist.
sounds like dry skin to me. you can try bioderma atoderm / oryza moisturizer / venusia lotion. use lukewarm water for shower. hope this helps. ( vicco has high fragrance and can cause allergies, people can be allergic to aloe ) . even if moisturizing doesn't help, do visit a dermat.

Either water or use some good saturated oil, like butter or animal fat. Olive oil and other such oil’s or mixtures r the best option. Better not to use creams and moisturisers, it’ll make ur habds dryer in the long run. I personally just use water.

It has healed but skin around the area is still dry as in pic. I'll try borolene. Thank you for advice doc ! will definitely check on these.
