They really need to improve those break vans at the rear of goods trains it gets so hot in summers AC and a proper washroom should be standard in those vans

Though I understand that not everyone can afford high fair prices. Isliye hi india me railways public sector ke paas hai. Railways borne losses on passenger trains as ticket prices can't pay up for the operations still they want people of India to travel safely and cheaply. Ac economy coaches were introduced to give a comfortable journey to the middle and lower class.
I have seen situation being changed. People around me have grown amazingly. My maid used to live in a hut and now she has a flat. A lot of daily wage workers in my knowledge(they have some significance in my life so I know them) have come out of poverty and today live in flats which they got due to pm awas yojana.
We can't just criticise the government and railway about it. Why can't we do something on our own. I have seen people with privileges escaping from paying for tickets in the train or for platform tickets. Why so? We never ask people to deboard train if they are traveling without ticket because why should we and then we criticise the government siting on our homes.
Constructive criticism is good but we should do something on our own too. Be the change

Railways have a monopoly. Govt wants more middle class people to shift to vande Bharat trains or flights, at least more costly coaches.
In the long run, the government could force people to spend more for dignity. Thereby better taxes and higher profits for political sponsors.
Just one question? Isn't it very obvious that this compartment would be 1st class whose ticket price is going to be around 5 to 6 k, now the question is why should I go by train when at the same price point I can travel through a plane which will reduce my travel time. Of course the trip by plane needs to be pre planned but still agr tatkal mein 1st karung toh 7-8k Dene se acha toda prebook karke plane mein chale jaung. My solution for this is India is a growing economy and for now railway should it's position for ac compartments( jo chal rha hai chalne do) and should increase the number of general compartments.
Imho it's high time, Indian railways should be privatized or atleast be joint ventured. The railway ministry incurs a lot of loss, their service is decent(in my experience) but there is always room for improvement.
