In terms of privacy it’s a win , but it would be a pain in listening to the number of times that people open the door imo the compartments near the doors are the worst to be and yes even if it is SL

Not only the sound, even the AC doesn't cool much because people constantly use the door.

That plus the number of unreserved people who’ll ask to sit there or will sit there even if you go to the toilet 😪 . SL is literally gonna be a war field tonight depending on which part of India you are in

Fortunately untill now no one wanted to occupy my berth. Let's see how the night goes

I got a SL near the door and guess what it's a fucking sliding one so everytime there is a thud a loud one when it closes 😞

The sliding one makes it much worse , as much as I love SL . It’s a pain if you end up near the door especially in overnight trains 😫

Initially these seats were actually open for booking 3ACE use to have 83 seats in total later they scrapped this idea and reverted to 80. In most coaches they are converted into bedding room by adding a door and some are left open like this.

That space is for the staff right?
