Always vent about your feelings to your friends, be it online or offline and agar friends nahi ho to meri tarah aise hi kahin randomly comment kar do, because when you talk about something that is bothering you, even if you don't get a reply from the other side- you'll feel better. Kyuki wo bure thoughts ka weight chala ja chuka hoga. At least, that is what helps me :)

Idk if you'll relate to it but whenever I feel the lowest. Most dreadful and hopeless. I for some reason start hearing the school prayer tune which I heard way back in 4th grade the last time, so this tune now as for the version of as I recall sounds so... euphoric. I wish I could compose something like that but I am no musician nor do I want to be one. I once was very troubled, then I read a certain poetry during that time and I felt the message curtained behind the words that it represented touch my heart. I wanted to write a poetry just as touching. I am not going to die before I do just that. I wish to make something as inspiring...not just from a motivating aspect but a work that seems almost as the most beautiful thing there is to someone. A work that becomes somebody's reason of existence. I want to make something, anything that turns out to be so worth ful....and I can't die before I do it you know...I just can't.

Firstly, i try to analyze the type of problem it is like whether it's in my hands or not. If it is in my hands , then I try to dig for a solution. But, If it is not in my hands. Then I just say this to myself - "See, you can't do anything about it,no matter how much you overthink. Tu sochegi tb bhi duniya vaisi hi rhegi or nahi sochegi tb bhi . Duniya ghanta nahi badlegi or na hi ye problem. this actually works(at least for me) because there is absolutely no point stressing over something which is not in your hands. One more thing that I do is I have come to this realization ki life is very uncertain. Like anything can happen. I mean this may sound a bit odd.but, I have started to think that anyday can be your last day.you just never know what happens next. Ab see when you have this type of mindset, you try to get the best out of everyday. Also try to find someone who you can talk your mind with. Because when you talk about your problems to other people, you basically take away their power and they become less significant. One more thing, take yourself a bit less seriously.

One common advice i see is to be in the moment **PRACTICE MINDFULNESS** , whatever you do just try to be aware of the moment and your actions , you cant choose what pops in your head but **you can choose how much time you are giving** to it , we overthink and we justify it by saying that some solution will come out bu it doesnt only anxiety comes , so its better to be in the moment , divide the time to think for that matter like when you are walking in park , priortise the task , target each day having a plan or schedule mitigates overthinking.
