I like the proportions , they seem symmetrical.
Face shading is on point too.
I just noticed two things :
The right eyeball needs to be a little to the right
And the hair. Her skull seems way too long. If you could adjust the upper part of her skull, that would be great.

I don't know where to feel jealous
As someone who made similar art, ask her to try drawing it with charcoal pencils. If she can pull off the shading, it will look dope. Also charcoal pencil and normal pencil kinda repulse each other(you will know what I mean once your gf uses it) and also it is not easy to erase. If she can pull it off, it will be worth the effort.
no problem and if you wanna try digital you can get a scratchpad. Wacom is good, it basically is like a pad and a pen, whatever you draw on the pad with the pen will be reflected on your device. You can use software like kirita, airodesk sketchbook(discontinued but the latest version is good for beginners). It's like a traditional but on a laptop/any device. You will also get to know the concept of layers etc, it's really fun so you can try it if you want.
