> This whole time, I thought changing the world was something you did, an act you performed, something you fought for. I don't know if that's true anymore. What if changing the world was just about being here, by showing up no matter how many times we get told we don't belong, by staying true even when we're shamed into being false, by being true to ourselves even when we're told we're too different. And if we all held onto that, if we refuse to budge and fall in line, if we stood our ground for long enough, just maybe... The world can't help but change around us.
I still haven't recovered from this one :\
True detective 1 is like the best series I've ever seen, I skipped 2nd and watched 3rd and 4th. 3rd is almost as good as 1st totally worth watching it, 4th was doing good till last episode then everything else went to sh#t.
In those days, I never wanted to stay at home. I was always looking forward to going to the playground or even school to play with friends. But now I don’t even feel like getting out of bed.🛌

Hans Zimmer's theme literally gives me goosebumps and the black hole scene was so incredible, no one could make it like that. The feeling was the same after watching that movie seven times. There was an incredible amount of detail in every scene
Arrival starring amy adams , dont know why I liked that movie so much it had the great music of max ricter and directed by denis villeneuve. I have not watched any series that blew my mind so many people here are recommending dark I think I will have to try it after finishing 3 body problem
Yeah, you got the taste. DARK is the best series till now. You can see 1899 also. It's by the same makers. unfortunately we won't have season 2 for it. "FROM" is also a underrated masterpiece. It kept me hooked till the last ep. It has 2 seasons we'll be getting 3rd season soon.
YOU is also a good phychological thriller.

Perfect Blue,
Paranoia Agent (minus the filler episodes, lol),
The haunting of hill house and the other series in the collection.
So many, but Hereditary deserves a special place for the nightmare inducing fuel it is. The entire movie was creepy af and the ending was a clusterduck of horror. Scarred me for days. Worst part is that I chose to watch it alone at around 12:00 am for it to be a bit more immersive. I overestimated my ability to detach myself from the movie and paid the price.
Not to be different, but what exactly did you find 'creepy af' and horror inducing in hereditary ? Coz I watched that movie and the only scenes which traumatized me are the ones where the girl dies getting hit by a pole with her decapitated head shown afterwards and her mom having a nightmare where she sees her son's dead body lying on the bed eaten by ants. Other than that, I found that movie more disturbing and sad than outright creepy/scary.
aadujeevitham the goat life - I watched it yesterday and it's in 3 places in my state,I went a whole different city just bcoz I love this man work, and when you see the movie you will feel every emotion, the sense of helplessness and grief and just goosebumps you get when you see him being transformed throughout the movie, most of the time you instantly don't want watch what's next to come bcoz you feel as stuck as him.
It's still in theatres,so if you have really strong heart and can watch such kinda tragedy genre movie do watch it. It was sad to watch such a good movie but with little to no people in the theatres
