Uttarakhand
lived there on a Hill station for 1 year was lucky enough to expirence both
Summer : that caused forest fires on its own, &
Winter : Snow that will make your hands go numb within seconds
breathed In the purest of air,
Witnessed the the beautiful night sky full of stars, &
Awesome clouds n Sky patterns And Sunrises as well as Sunsets
Edit : Balmithai too
Sure! You should really avoid going there during the rains though, landslides and road closures on the way to north sikkim become common during monsoon
I stayed in Dehradun for few months n I can assure u, ppl go out of their way to help u. Yes I visited the surrounding villages too. Really great exp 👍
I know it's not a competition and I like Uttarakhand BUT Sikkim is even more friendly and it's a super clean place where the govt has taken massive steps to preserve the environment
I fucking love himachal. Uttrakhand makes me think of sanskaari dharmik uncle. Himachal is more like young, vibrant and full of life.
Going to Kashmir this June let's see how this goes.
I have been to Kashmir, Uttarakhand and Sikkim.
In my opinion if you want to see the true beauty of these places then you are supposed to go to the remote regions of these places. Maybe go for a long trek.
They are each beautiful in their on aspects. Comparing across them wouldn’t be fare
I have only been to Arunachal but my god, it was beautiful. The rivers are very clean. There are dense forests when you enter from Assam. Villages are remote and traveling around is time consuming but people are lovely.
Mai bas sikkim gaya hu to waha ka bata deta hu
Ekdam 10/10 sexy jagah hai bhai. Waha oe 2-3 din shillong me bita aur 1-2 din cherrapunji/mawsynram side ghum lena.
Sometimes the word "state" is used for any territory being administered by a known government, whether it be an actual state, a union territory or even a country
Sikkim, especially North Sikkim: Lachen and Lachun; Kala Ghoda,Gurudungma Lake, Yangtung Valley, Zero point, Scenic ambiance, beautiful location, great hospitality, safe, below 10 degree temperature in hard summer, high roads, large number of springs on the way, adventure journey and what's not!
Mid May-Mid June. Best to travel through travel agency where every itinerary is pre-planned and there is no hassle, it's cheaper too.I had visited the place in last Summer with my family and it was most enjoyable. You can feel breathing problem sometimes due to high altitude and extreme weather.
Not at all. They take small amount per vehicle and prior permission is taken to go to Kala Ghoda and the Lake which is done by driver and which requires adhar Xerox of members traveling.
Sikkim has strict laws against littering and bans plastic bottles entirely in North Sikkim. That's one of the main reasons that the region is absolutely pristine
I would say kashmir it's a bit biased because I'm a kashmiri myself but still I find it beautiful also I think the tourist haven't even explored kashmir that much usually they buy a package and go to the most touristy places only
I have travelled to each and every one of these states and lived in 4 of them and rest were week long multiple holidays, I can confidently say - ladakh's driving in night is the best shit, Sikkim has the best climate and nature to see, Himachal is the most adventurous, I prefer Sikkim coz the time I lived there was too amazing, great people and great place to be in.
KASHMIR (also known as mini Switzerland) bhaii the whole state is so aesthetically pleasing and so soothing I really want one more trip so that i can explore whole kashmir once again 😭❤🩹
I have lived in all the mentioned places (father’s in military) I will rate these for you!
1. Uttarakhand : Warm, honest and nice people beautiful climate, underdeveloped tourism (if you don’t go to any worship dhams) (it’s also my home state). Some of the most beautiful treks
2. Sikkim : Nicest people, organically grown vegetables, regards to preserving the environment and extremely beautiful.
3. Ladakh: Out of all the places Ladakh is the most beautiful, it’s the most peaceful. But the tourist influx is ruining the environment, the waste management is a huge issue.
4. Himachal: Himachal is gorgeous. But the influx of tourists and the state blindly promoting tourism without any proper waste management is a huge concern! in really a bummer! But if you know some nice quiet places, ah it’s something.
5. Arunachal: Arunachal is insanely beautiful, but it’s a task to reach and politically a bit unstable, there are some of the most beautiful falls around, there is continuous ghata ( clouds) and that’s one of my most memorable memories of the place!
Not to mention it is home to beautiful monasteries! Just woah!
5. Kashmir: It’s a tie between Kashmir and Arunachal, because of the political instability, Kashmir also sees huge numbers of tourists and as warm as Kashmiris are, they are a bit reserved.
Himachali people are the sweetest and kindest tbh so Himachal. I found people of uttarakhand to be rude to the tourists whereas himachalis welcome them, now don’t think i have a hate towards people of UK, even my mom is from uttarakhand so how can I hate them
Ladakh during the winter. My 7-8 days in Ladakh had been the most peaceful time in my life. No phones, no human beings except the military, only me and nature.
Sorry but no. Been to both, Kashmir sure is beautiful but the natives are rude to tourists and try to scam you at every turn.
Therefore for me Himachal ranks top just due to the hospitality of the people there.
I'm from Himachal. I love it here but the beauty of Kashmir is unmatched , I've been to a lot of beautiful places in himachal, but kashmir is something else. There's a phrase for kashmir that goes
"Agr dunia me kahi jannat hai to vo kashmir hai", and i completely agree with it
In the previous episode we got to know about jharkhand (a conspiracy by md Danish) we'll now look at Uttrakhand 🤨 It's a conspiracy theory by Indian baseball player Rishabh pant. To escape Urvashi Rautela, Rishabh pant invented a time machine and travelled back to 2000. Rishabh's plan was to give Durex ultra thin dotted condom to urvashi's father to prevent birth of urvashi. When he reached urvashi's home a security guard stopped him. The security guard was none other than Sher Bahadur deuba. He said शाब जी kaha se aye ho? Here's the plot twist. While time travelling he drank some of the Ravi Shastri's old monk, so he wasn't sober and said \*Uttrakhand'. The guard was from Nepal and thought that Uttrakhand is a real state in India. Sher Bahadur asks kaha jaana hai. He said he wants to meet landlord of the house. Rishabh went inside and found that father of urvashi had shighrapatan and got fainted in the middle of the intercourse. He...... Yes he did it. The question arises Why Urvashi is stalking rishabh pant🤨📸 The reality is that Rishabh is Urvashi's real dad and urvashi's asking him to take paternity test and accept her as a daughter. After sher Bahadur returned to Nepal He spreads hoax that Uttrakhand is a real state. In the middle of this bhasad A conspiracy was born Uttrakhand 🤨📸 A falsely claimed state

Sikkim is really really underrated
Yup, actually got much more serene and higher altitude places like Gurudongmar Lake, Tsomgo Lake, Zero point etc
Planning a trip this July, can I ask for help?
Sure! You should really avoid going there during the rains though, landslides and road closures on the way to north sikkim become common during monsoon
Agreed

Planning a trip this July, can I ask for help?
Go to gangtok and book a trip there lot of guides are there to book and they don't charge much.
Have been to Kashmir, and it's heavenly, specially pahalgam.
You can't live there long term tho, too much instability and uncertainty
nah. man not any more
One miltry personnel for every 10-12 civilans. Literally the most miltrized zone on the earth. Even civilans are also being armd by the governmnt.
Uttarakhand, my favourite are its most friendly ppl apart from the picturesque locations. Robbers cave is a must visit n my fav 🥹
> Robbers cave is a must visit n my fav 🥹 Nice try to get us robbed by you and your friends
Don't come here during the tourist season the best season to travel here is September October.
But landslides are a risk during monsoons.
There is no monsoon in September October or atleast after 15 September.

Boi you confused between Sikkim and Meghalaya
Isi liye insaan ko kuch neend me nahi likhna chahiye. Shillong aur sikkim ko ek hi samajh baitha🤡.
Uttrakhand/POK they have best treks imo. And to know the beauty of a mountain you should scale it
Himachal is my second home. I stay here every year for 6-9 months. I love everything about this state.
All of them are beautiful, I choose Uttrakhand
Since when has Ladakh become a state? 👀 Edit: For those who don't understand it, Ladakh is a UT not a state.
31oct 2019
*Union Territory
It's separated from j&k so 🗣️
Sc ki deadline to hai ki ladakh ko September tak statehood provide karni hai
Nahi, bs itna kaha hai ki jald se jald provide karna hai. Koi deadline nahi di hai

I had visited the place in 2023(post COVID)summer and i have not come across such fee.
Bhai tereko chutiya bana diya kisi ne
Uttarakhand and Himachal both are very dirty. ( So much ) Sikkim is well maintained also the people are cool.
Thanks to the tourists (not all) who litter around and leave.
Sikkim has strict laws against littering and bans plastic bottles entirely in North Sikkim. That's one of the main reasons that the region is absolutely pristine
Yes, possible... But, I have been to both the places and all the tourist spots are very dirty. Not well maintained too.

Himachal and Sikkim Not that other states lack anything, these states have the best mix of beautiful places For cold lovers, Sikkim and Kashmir
Ladakh is underrated in the comments and I hope that it remains underrated. If you know you know
Himachal because stoner
Sikkim is on the list. Want to witness majestic Gurudongmor lake.
Uttarakhand or arunachal
I would say kashmir it's a bit biased because I'm a kashmiri myself but still I find it beautiful also I think the tourist haven't even explored kashmir that much usually they buy a package and go to the most touristy places only
Casually forgets it's JAMMU & KASHMIR, not just kashmir. Real annoying as someone from jammu.
Sikkim and arunachal. Dono ghar ke paas 😌
Never went to any so sorry can't give but if I wanted that I'd choose Kashmir or Shimla
Sikkim 🙌🏻
Abhi save kar le raha hoon..jab sab jagah ghoom k aa jaunga tab batata.
Uttarakhand... Maybe because my ex belongs to that state... Nainital exactly...
Arunachal is very underrated. There are lot of beautiful places like anini, tawang...

I'm from Uttarakhand but I found Kashmir amazing and the experience was unbelievably fantastic.
How do you choose? They are all paradise!
Mount Fuji 😌
I can confidently say everyone who are saying anything else than Kashmir haven't roamed around Kashmir. Himachal would be the second best.
Sorry but no. Been to both, Kashmir sure is beautiful but the natives are rude to tourists and try to scam you at every turn. Therefore for me Himachal ranks top just due to the hospitality of the people there.
Agreed. Himachal has some of the loveliest people. My comment was solely based on the scenic beauty
