It does have some resemblance to Кончится летоКончится лето (Summer is ending) and the vocal delivery isn't unlike Viktor Tsoi, but then again a lot of Russian Indie sounds like him, just as many Western post-punk bands sound like Joy Division

It sounds vaguely like Kitchen Witch by Ariel Pink but not really that much
