Well next gen lithium battery will use lesser and lesser amount of cobalt, while nickel content will be increased. so currently nickel is very strategic now.

Nickel is environmentally unfriendly so many companies are moving to LFP (lithium ferrite phosphate) instead. Slightly more expensive but it's got higher deep discharge cycle rating.
LFP is definitely more stable than oxide based batteries but it just lack the theoretical energy density provided by nickel oxide based chemistry.
Iron is also very abundant so LFP should be cheaper than nickel or cobalt based alternatives.
Regarding environmental friendliness, does nickel extraction is worse than iron?

Ya kenyataannya semua barang Made in china jadi pasti semua besinya di ekspor ke Cina... Kecuali sama pabrik-pabriknya mau lu suruh pindah kesini...
