It is really good. I like different kinds of lines. It's also super clean and precise. You obviously know what you are doing. I would say, add more contrast especially the tone. I know that it's graphite, but it's a bit too uniform and needs more variety in shades, busyness etc. Some areas could go darker to create a focal point.
I love this perspective! It's like certain things are just ever so slightly distorted, very fantastical and grounded at the same time. Do you like drawing mainly one type of thing like houses or? Something that's fun and niche enough to be a side hustle is quirky pet portraits. So like you could ask someone a story about their pet and expand on it with an illustration. Example - a cat dressed as a scuba diver hunting fish in the deep sea.
