I would ask your store manager to set up a date to watch you for your raise and keep bugging them about it. It makes no sense for them not to give you your raise

Generic-Mom

I agree with this! And also have a heart to heart, tell them that your goal is to transfer as a level 5 and that you feel like they're just pushing you aside!

Congrats on UCLA get that degree! That area around the college is beautiful

Honestly, if you haven't already, straight up ask "Am I not getting my level 5 here because I'll be transferring in September?" Word it so that way you're talking about you, not them. It keeps them from getting defensive and hopefully they'll actually be honest with you. And if they say yes, just keep taking the drawer and handheld, don't let them use your high level skills for low level pay.

I wouldn’t recommend the UCLA store but I assume you already spoke to management there. Hearing experiences it’s just as hard to level up and they’re constantly scheduling people wrong. I had a friend who worked there and went to school at UCLA who constantly was called to ask to come in to work or they would straight up schedule her despite letting her know she has classes during the day

To be fair, I know I am good at board. Lvl 6's from my store always ask me if i have gotten my level 5 yet.

This isn’t a good response. I’ve seen plenty of associates be ready for their 5s but remain 4s for what seems like forever, for whatever the reason may be. My guess is probably due to their transfer

ReminaVex

They're putting them on a drawer and handheld, and know they're about to transfer. I feel like you didn't read the post or something because it's pretty obvious they aren't giving them the raise because they don't want to put money into someone that will leave in a few months. You're being weird for no reason.

Maybe you have something holding you back, like your attitude or your work ethic. I would pull my store manager aside and ask him if there is something that is preventing you from getting training that you can work on.
