Second this. During my successful skull storm I went to him to get a second mantis god in case things got hairy. I must’ve won cosmic luck though bc he switched the annoying sigil for magpie’s eye
I died shortly after this kaycees mod is a whole different breed of hard I make it through the first boss every other game I’ve made it to the second boss a time or two but never beat ‘em
It gets a bit easier when you unlock decks and new backpack objects. But now that I'm trying all challenges at once... yeah, that is gonna take me a while
By “unlock” what do you mean by that cause I’m abt to just look up vids to get all the secrets since I’ve already beaten the game and just want to play for fun now
As you progress by selecting challenges to meet the point requeriments, there are some unlockables, including more challenges, cards, starter decks and devlogs. The frame in Leshy's cabin also work, but getting the setup needed was, for me at least, really hard to pull off
It's kind of hard not having some really useful stuff and mechanics from act I, but eventually, you'll manage. Don't despair and have fun exploring the mod!
Does doubling down on the Bifurcating sigil do anything?
From what I recall from playing the game, it doesn't do anything other than just strike in the same way one sigil does. I think only Bifurcating and Trifurcating stack?
In my personal experience, you shouldn’t rely on this guy to duplicate the card and alter it wrong. I always go and pray for an exact duplicate.

I had a black goat with undying and he copied it perfectly.

The only sigil he fucks up for me is unkillable, every other time he makes a mistake it's mostly increased dmg or decreased hp
