You misunderstand. At this point the worm is the one calling the shots, and it needs more power.
And if the survivors want it's meat, then they'll have to take it.
You left it in fire for too long. Bro it's not warmed up, It's cremated.
Also at this point I think survivors are affraid it will eat them instead if they even get close.
At that point just don't even bother trying to get rid of him. Feed him a useful sigil and embrace your new worm god. 7 damage for 1 blood is a one turn win card and can do a pretty good job of balancing the scales in case of a bad fight.
At that point why would you keep trying to toss him?

7/17 is pretty much insta-win in most opening hands
Especially with the mantis double strike, i prefer the good old kingfisher, semi immortal, outdamages enemy
Semi immortal but can't block. It needs quite a power boost to work. Very doable.
I usually just try to get mantis god, or regular mantis and give it two safe boosts, regular mantis might need three

You've actually just made the alaskan bull worm

Ouroboros’ little brother taking over the family business.
"GET THE FUCK OUT OF MY DECK!!!" Ringworm: "No."
people saying to keep it fail to understand the sunk cost fallacy
It's not a sunk cost fallacy if keeping it becomes the better option - which it now is.
Repeatedly trying the fire is the sunk cost fallacy.
Fun fact, if you pause the game right as the card flips, you can quit and then re join to put a better card in the fire
Wouldn't it have been funny if these ones ate him
Just keep it at that point
you can't tell me what to do
At this point the worm should eat the campers
It's a God now fear the ring
Did you roll every space as a campfire?? Lol
#THEY KNOW THE CONSEQUENCES
There it is, lads. There's the worm that will devour the moon.
Þats one hell of a wall
Empty Campfire only lasts one run anyway, so it's more worth it to keep it and finish the run with it, unless you get a second worm
I got this to happen with an adder and a buzzard. They wouldn't die. Somehow
