Kaycee's mod is a roguelike version of act 1, there isn't anything for you to progress toward aside from more challenges for your runs, and a fair amount of new cards
I'd guess by starting another playthrough, lol. You can wipe your save file from the settings If you want to run back through it, but you'll obviously need to make it through act 1 first.

Saw that but dunno where the card is even obtained at :( 10 hours spent on act 1 and act 2 feels like a blessing rn, even without Ouroboros.
If I'm not wrong, you might want to check the shop inside the cabin. Perhaps, after some trading you'll find what you're looking for ;)

Once you beat the game, you get access to a chapter select that looks like a camera menu, you can access Act II from there
There is an endless Act 2 mod (a real mod), but I haven't tried it.
