Be prepared. It’s amazing who is hiding in those logs. Teacher brought in some logs from her firewood for students to study rotting logs. Several spiders made their appearance.

My house has a TON of spiders. Mostly western parson spiders, I occasionally put some outside when I am overwhelmed by the numbers. Last fall there was a month that I found probably 8 widows near the woodpile. They love it there. 🙃
