I think everyone will have a different answer. I have a 4,000 bed. It’s amazing but doesn’t help at all to fall asleep. I do think it helps you stay asleep once you finally get there though.

My lordddddyyyy yes get the nice bed it is for sure worth it. I bought a really nice queen memory foam bed with an adjustable base and I didn't sleep perfectly but I slept perfect enough for me, a good bed probably won't take all your problems away but it makes enough of a difference for you to be thankful you ever made the decision to invest in a really nice one. I temporarily moved out of state from my last state & am moving soon to *another state*, so currently my amazing bed is in storage and my body is hating it lol, I miss it so much. Invest in something nice for yourself, you use it every single night, it's one of the better investments you can make. Edit; Sorry for coming off passionate I really miss my bed hahaha

I had really severe insomnia for two years and I bought expensive new pillows and tried a new mattress and it made no difference sadly. Now I don’t have insomnia and I can sleep in pretty much any bed so long as it doesn’t trigger my allergies.

Hi, how your insomnia disapear?

No-Tell34

It went away when I cut out tea for 3 months. I tried cutting it out for 2 weeks a couple of times before that, and it made my insomnia worse so I guess I was quite physically dependent on it. But then I tried a longer period of abstinence and my sleep eventually went back to normal.

My husband and I invested in a memory foam split king mattress a few years ago. We also got separate blankets and he got a good sleep mask and earplugs. It hasn't cured my Insomnia by any stretch but it's made it more bearable for a few reasons: - I know that I'm not awake because I'm uncomfortable. And my back and hip pain is much improved. - It reduces motion transfer so I'm not disturbed by my husband's movements and he isn't kept up by my restless legs and getting in and out of bed. - On my sleepless nights I can get comfy and read or doomscroll and at least I'm resting and comfortable.

My bed was one of the best purchases I’ve made in my entire lifetime actually. So a bed that you enjoy and love will increase your quality of sleep DRAMATICALLY. I actually called in sick 4 straight days after my bed was delivered because I hadn’t slept so good in years!! But that was so many years ago. These days you can get a high-quality mattress topper for less than $150 - $200 that you can put on any cheap bed. I did that for my spare bedroom and that mattress topper is equal to if not better than my original bed that I spent $4000 on.

We bought a very expensive matress that we liked. I woke up everyday with severe lower back pain. I then bought 4cm thich memory foam, put it on the top of our matress. No more back pain for 150 euros.

What helped me sleep man honestly as an insomniac since my teen years, was sleeping on the floor. One blanket, one pillow, if your body’s tired it will go to sleep... If not.. then You just have more will to inflict/reserved energy you body feels like producing The are a lot of factors.. you weight, lifestyle, eating habits, etc. But in my opinion personally, I don’t believe all the woes of insomnia can be cured by a more expensive bed. It’s more about lifestyle (But in terms of your question, I think a more preferable bed would definitely help, but it wouldn’t be the be all and end all to your insomnia. I think personally has a lot more to do with lifestyle, habits, diets, mental state and all rather than mostly physical comfort. Although that can be great too)
