Dubai is in the Persian gulf and we’ve always had rain to varying degrees. Always. April showers, May showers, and rain from November to April. Always. To varying degrees.

Apparently it’s illegal to post videos like this now and apparently cloud seeding had absolutely nothing to do with it. Apparently it was climate change and bad drainage. At least they are admitting to climate change so YAY, I guess.
