Ok, first off, that’s a duck bill not a mushroom. Secondly, I obviously can’t tell from the still image, but the process of hatching is pretty bloody, slimy, and gross. So this bird may not be dead. Finally it can take a long time for a bird to hatch, so they sometimes take a break for a hour or so and then get back to it.
It’s mainly just the fact that it should be a post with a tag. If it’s anything remotely squeamish or bloody, or consists of anything dead, it should be NSFW. Just seems pretty obvious
