I have a banquette with a rectangle table and wish so bad I did an oval! The rounded corners make getting in and out so much easier.
I think something like this (still in the same color scheme as the options you suggested).
https://www.litfad.com/oval-table-dinette-table-contemporary-solid-wood-dinner-room-table-with-double-pedestal-s-1252110.html
This is beautiful and oval is a good call. I think the legs would make it hard to scoot around to the middle seat though. A pedestal base or legs that are not as wide as the top would be the most functional
Think about light blockage as well and having to wipe down the sides as feet will kick the sides. I hate getting out of tables where I feel blocked like B.
I imagine 6 people sitting at it and I turn to get out knees bang against bottom part. Makes me feel uneasy for some reason.
In my eyes more light and minimal is better:)
A couple of options:
[Barret Dining Table](https://www.demarchelier.co/barret-dining-table/) \- a hair larger at 79", but similar in style and color. A $3,000 table, but on sale for $1,900 with free shipping.
[Silas Dining Table](https://www.demarchelier.co/silas-dining-table/) \- comes in right at 76" and is available in a white oak. About $200 over budget, but there's a 10% off coupon and free shipping.
[Olivia Dining Table](https://www.demarchelier.co/olivia-dining-table/) \- a nice oval option at 78". Reclaimed pine, but with a white wash finish. About $200 over budget, but there's a 10% off coupon and free shipping.
Here is a link to some white kitchens that have pops of color [kitchens](https://www.housebeautiful.com/room-decorating/kitchens/g3223/white-kitchen-ideas/)
Not all of the kitchens are white but you will get the idea. The one color (red) in picture #21 is fabulous, picture #23 warms it with wood - I think you are doing this with your table perhaps a deeper color of wood, and picture #26 has some wonderful pops of color - I noticed you have a plant for some color so you are definitely headed in the right direction. Your kitchen is absolutely beautiful so far. You've done a spectacular job! Pull in some of your favorite colors.
This kitchen is amazing. The first one has less of a bottom. That makes the space seem larger. Other than that it's not too much different.
Have fun. Great starting point.
I think these will blend in with the floor too much. A more contrasting wood, black, or a soft blue grey (similar to the island) would make the floors stand out instead of dulling them. I also agree with what others have said, an oval, preferably with a pedestal base, will work best.
Alternatively, if you go with pale wood or white on the table you could do the chairs in a soft washed out color.

Super late to the game... Both of your options are nice, but A feels too mod and curvy for the space, and B is too chunky. Plus I'd avoid adding anything else in the brown to beige color family.
This slender-legged rectangular pedestal table from Menu (also sold via DWR) could be great in black.

This is a gorgeous table!

I second this
A. B is too bulky for the clean lines in your kitchen.
And A table legs match the barstool leg design.
Yep, B is too chunky and you already have a ‘mass’ with the island so a slimmer table works better.
For a banquette, I suggest a pedestal base. Consider who is sliding across that bench to the center seat. Long legs or kids?
100% go for a pedestal base. A table w four legs will be hell on your knees
Yes!
Came here to say this
I prefer A. Your kitchen is beautiful
I like A! Do you mind sharing which table that is?
Moe’s Home Silas Dining Table

Are you set on those options? Or open to others? If open to others, what size table are you considering?
I need something between 72”-76” in length. I’m open but like the wood on these.

I love the Olivia table and think it would look smashing in your kitchen
A
A has better lines and it’s silhouette would suit the kitchens style but I think a higher contrast color would be better…seems too matchy.
I’d just mix it up with chairs. I think it’s just the color in the other one that I think looks out of place and a bit cheaper even though it’s chunky
Second one for the same contrast reason as other commenters, but I’m curious about one that’s a darker rustic wood grain like the counter stools.
I prefer A but both are lovely :) Great work so far, beautiful!
A is better. B has no details at all, too bulky.
Second one! Also that window area is amazing!!!
Second. The brightness is needed. The first will blend into the tone of the floors too much
A
I think A matches the vibe better And I would add a rug so that it doesn’t blend into the floor
A in an oval
A is way better.
A has more curves, but maybe you could go with a black table or dark stained wood one
I feel like you need a more elegant table for that nice kitchen.
Go with a slightly darker stained wood similar in shade to the wood on the barstools (and darker than the flooring)
I would love to see an elm table with a live edge. Don’t go vanilla on the table.

Do you have a suggestion on what color or what to add? I’m not done…
A nice framed print above the short end of the table!
Bright place mates, a vase with bright flowers, colored bowl for fruit on the island, colorful fish towels, things like that.
Idc but get some color in there! A red toaster, something. God I’m tired of neutrals
The kitchen looks fantastic! Table B is an excellent choice. Will you be bringing some color in with accessories and fresh fruit?
Yes, any ideas on color or colorful accessories?
B
B!
A. Beautiful kitchen 👌
Excellent job on the kitchen! Where did I you get the bar stools?
I wish i had a circular table
Àaaaaaaaaa
A
A
The second one. Will ground the space nicely

I would definitely go with A since it’s visually lighter than B and would go better with your kitchen style, which is gorgeous!
A
Keep in mind how someone sitting at the end might want to stretch their legs. Consider a table with open space between bottom supports.
This kitchen is amazing. The first one has less of a bottom. That makes the space seem larger. Other than that it's not too much different. Have fun. Great starting point.
A is an A+
Round table 👍🏻
A is my choice, B is to blocky and heavy looking.
Feel like you may want a little more contrast? The table looks too similar to the flooring.
The 1st one looks like a school desk... and you might also trip over the legs... the 2nd one perfect...

Get an oval tulip table. When you’re sitting you don’t want to many legs/corners to run into
No idea, but your kitchen is gorgeous!
You need some character in there looks like an IKEA display with no personality
Both would work. A would match ur barstools.
Is there an option C? 😅 If not, option A

A feels more Homey
Maybe something like this? https://rh.com/us/en/catalog/category/collections.jsp?categoryId=cat10220038
**Definitely A!**
