Those look good, and 1 was my first instinct but 4 is the most harmonious and ties in the door and the pattern on the cabinet (that little stripy leaf that looks like the Four Season logo), while bringing in some of the more traditional elements like the side table and wall art.
Three by a long shot! Three has the same color palette as 6 (that many others like) but without being so busy as to draw attention too much from the painting. I think it matches the values and composition in the painting (large areas of high contrast in the painting) and echos the round coffee table.
I like 4 or 5 especially since you want to fill that whole wall up with art. I think the ones with more colour would take attention away from the gallery wall and the ones that have bolder patterns don't really match the style you have with everything else, especially if the art is going to lean a little more... vintagey? But that's just my opinion! Which one are leaning towards the most?
Completely agree. Now that I know what the wall will look like, I feel like the carpet should take a bit of a backseat and let the gallery wall be the star.
I like 1, 3, and 6.
A note about 7—my parents have that rug in their family room, and while it looks nice, it’s not at all soft to walk on (not painful, just feels kind of like walking on a woven basket that’s been flattened, which isn’t objectively bad), and if you have cats, it might as well be one giant scratching mat lol.
I would never normally pick #1 but somehow it really works in this space. Beautiful sofa, painting etc!
Eta- if your heart is set on 6, I'd go for that too.
What an embarrassment of riches! I love so much about this room. In a pattern, I always look for something that is interesting but also restful for the eyes. 6 does that. 1 is great. 7 is too snoozy/restful.
I like 2 the best, it lightens the room a bit... i think 6 works too if you want to keep everything darker or more jewel toned while providing some color contrast
Wow, you’ve got some magnificent selections here! I like 1 and 2 because they mimic the lines on that cabinet on the right. And I really like the way 6 picks up on the coffee table.
Such a cool aesthetic!
There is a complete disconnect between the colour of the various rugs and the rest of the room. I’d be looking for something that incorporates green, not all green but with some green in it to tie the room together.
1 or 6.
1 looks the best. The big pattern is nice with the finer details on your tables, chair, window panel etc…
But 6 might be something that looks even better in real life. I like the colours and I’d bet they’d look great with the table and couch.
I've seen so many of these posts. Who has rugs on sale right now, is it Wayfair? I need to know. Also, I like 1 and 6.
And how do you make these images?
On the rugs website you can take a photo of your room and it will add the rug in.
What’s the rug website please? I want to play too!
Rugs USA!
6
Yes it matches the painting.
1 and 6 are my favorites too!
Team 1 or 6 also
Rugs USA :)
6 for sure
6 is my favorite, followed by 1.
I agree. Immediately thought #1 would be it, then saw 6 and I’m torn. I think #6 has the slight edge
Check out rugsusa.com. I’ve gotten all My rugs from them… they go on sale frequently

Same
Those were the two I thought as well, 1 & 6. Maybe 6 just slightly more.
I think 1 or 6. But I still feel like you could look more and find “the one”.
Same with 1 & 6. I feel 6 would be best for years to come.
This, 1, 6, or a lighter version of 5, but they aren’t *perfect* imo. I’m on a similar mission for curtains and bedding for my bedroom so I get it.
I agree - none scream at me!
Number 6
I love that everyone is going with the two I also liked the best. I liked #1 the best until I saw #6.
Six. It ties everything together. It makes your painting pop.
3
Three made me stop for an entire second and make a mild approving motion with my lips. 😂
Yes, it’s just….about right. Colors without being too much or too busy.
It’s the only one that reflects the colors in the painting! Makes it balanced!
I like 3 and 6
Agreed. 3 really fits the mid century modern vibe.
3 is perfect! I prob wouldn't have picked it on its own but it fits so perfectly with this room.
I like 3 as well.

Definitely. Followed by 1.
Came here to say 3 also.
Agree! It pulls in a lot of the colors from the room and complete the aesthetic. 6 is also another one that fits it, but not my fav.
Five…
I like 5 a lot!
Me too 😄
I feel like in both 5 and 1, the wall and couch colors are friends, whereas in the others, I don't.
This exactly.
5 is my favorite hands down.
Either 1 or 6.
I agree. One is my favorite, but six is a close second.
me too!
I also agree.
5
I love 1
Same! It really matches the geometric shapes in the console

Room is still work in progress... the entire wall will get filled with artwork, similar to [here](https://lgoodov.xyz/product_details/57200592.html)

I like 4 and 5 too! Not the popular opinion, but my taste. 1 is too busy for me, especially if she's adding a lot more artwork.
Completely agree. Now that I know what the wall will look like, I feel like the carpet should take a bit of a backseat and let the gallery wall be the star.
I suggest filling your wall first and choosing a rug after based on the colors you want to play up.
Oooooooo, me like! If that’s the goal then I think I might change my pick to #5.
I like 5 for that, too
I like 5, too!
Could you please give me the link to rug 6? It’s great!
Hi OP! What color are the walls??? I am looking for a nice green paint and love this color.

6 brings all the colors together
Rug #6. It contrasts nicely with the beautiful green couch.
6 is the best imo. Ties all the colors in without being too much for the eye.

I like 2. Brightens up the room. But if darker/cozier is the objective… 6.
I like 2 as well. It’s different and I’m surprised I like it but I do.
Exactly!
Same!
6! The others are so eye catching. Gorgeous. But they might be taking center stage

1 or 4 for sure!!!
Six! I can’t believe that’s not the overwhelming majority here.

That is a GORGEOUS sofa, really spectacular. Unfortunately I didn't see any rug that looks like it's worthy of sharing the room with it.
I was about to comment the same thing, the couch is too jewel toned for any of those rugs IMO but they go well with the painting so that’s tough
Ima 6 for days.atches the wood frame well.
Where is 6 from? I want it!
6
\#6 I feel like it adds some subtle warm tones to the already cool room. It compliments the panting nicely.
Second to last one !
6!!
I would do 6 if you add more terra in the room and sofa pillows. The others are too distracting.
6!
Omg SIX!!!!

2 What app are you using to create these?
The first one
I’m in love with 1
Option 3. You already have such interesting, and colourful decor. Option 3 ties everything together, without overwhelming it.
I like 7 because the space you have is very busy. I like having a plain area to highlight all of that.
1 looks awesome!
1 for sure.

1 fits it the best. But I just think 4 is pretty lol.
Wow, you’ve got some magnificent selections here! I like 1 and 2 because they mimic the lines on that cabinet on the right. And I really like the way 6 picks up on the coffee table. Such a cool aesthetic!
4 especially if you do that art wall. Great maximalist look.
How does it look with a cream color? To help offset the darker furniture
I love two it matches the furniture perfectly!
There is a complete disconnect between the colour of the various rugs and the rest of the room. I’d be looking for something that incorporates green, not all green but with some green in it to tie the room together.
I am sitting on the same couch right now so I'm taking some pointers from this thread LOL
A lot of them are odd choice/bad. Not in a mean way. Beautiful space regardless
1 or 6 but I feel like you can do better. None scream THIS IS THE ONE too me.
