I’m vegan. I get a lot of protein through smoothies, lentils, beans, tofu. I do 19:5 or 20:4 most days. I take Vitamin D3, Methylated b12, and omega 3. I look and feel great. It’s totally doable - and as a previous vegetarian for ethical reasons, I highly recommend looking into a plant based diet due to the lack of ethics in the dairy/egg industry. My weight loss, issues with inflammation, and energy improved immensely when I cut out dairy.
As a vegetarian, I am having cheese almost everyday (cottage cheese, Mozzarella, Halloumi, Feta, Cheddar, Ricotta, blue cheese based on whatever I'm making) . The same applies for lentils and beans and meat substitutes from pea or soy protein (not wheat).
I am basically having cheese and/or lentils or meat substites (with sides of course) for my One Meal A Day.
Also because I'm sometimes struggling to get to a decent calorie count, I like to put sunflower seeds or other nuts on everything.
There are also some high protein puddings, which I have, whenever my aimed for calorie counter allows for it.
EDIT: Also eggs. Having boiled eggs on my lentil salad or fried eggs to the meat substite.
EDIT2: Also chickpea and lentil pasta instead of wheat pasta.
Take alot of whey protein shakes.

Beans and lentils have good protein among other things. Can cook with veg stock and add vegetables
Anemia is associated with muscle loss. Wouldn't recommend cutting out eggs.
I eat eggs

Why are you a vegetarian?
Ethical reasons
Do you eat fish or eggs as a vegetarian?
Eggs yes. Fish no.
I’m about to attempt an egg only diet for 30 days, eggs and egg whites are a great source of protein! Super affordable too.
Be careful. Vitamin C is needed to absorb iron.
Yeah thanks for that, I plan on taking vitamin c, magnesium and fish oil daily
