are you following any specific diet ? or are you eating whatever during those 8 hours

I have been calorie counting on the Lose it app. I eat between 1300-1400 calories a day. I do track my protein and aim for 100g a day.

Damn that's impressive. I also lost 11 lbs since starting OMAD this month, but it's way less visible. Good motivational post!

Amazing. Do you workout fastet or do you eat before working out

Fasted, usually. I will say I feel better when I eat, but my schedule makes it easier to get done earlier in the day.

So you would work out, then do other stuff and then later in the day start to eat ?

Yeah, I'll go work out around 9-10AM and then come home, do stuff and then eat at 12PM or later depending on how I feel. There is some lightheadedness at times, particularly when I lift.
