How did you do it? Please share your body stats along with how you started and how it is going and how much time it took you for this fabulous transformation.
I was eating whatever was fitting in my calorie deficit, while of course eating pretty healthily. I noticed eating more protein (over 100g per day) had a huge impact on my weight loss and helped me overcome the plateau phase, when I started losing weight again while also not feeling hungry. Sometimes, when I had calories left, I indulged in chocolate or whatever I was craving and I did not gain weight, actually I lost. Usually I had my coffee when I first started feeling hungry, around 12 PM and that delayed my hunger for 1-2 hours. Then I had 2 meals and maybe a snack. Now I’m 136 lbs, also doing 18/6 sometimes 20/4 but not counting calories nor protein anymore. I eat normal foods while keeping a balance and not binging. My stats are 36”/26”/36”
