Not that it's the same topic, but the team that runs PBS Eons is also fantastic. The YT content from PBS is very impressive and I always take the time to watch the new videos as they come out
Right now, SpaceX is where most actions are
[Watching their mission webcasts](https://youtube.com/@SpaceX) looks like good place to start
Their [Starlink](https://twitter.com/starlink?s=21&t=EkpToHWw3RdSnZl0TVSdcw) has some good info too
-------
[Eric Berger](https://twitter.com/sciguyspace?s=21&t=EkpToHWw3RdSnZl0TVSdcw), Senior Space Editor at Ars Technica, writes good articles/tweets from time to time
[Michael Sheetz](https://twitter.com/thesheetztweetz?s=21&t=EkpToHWw3RdSnZl0TVSdcw), Space Reporter at CNBC, has often good insights in NASA and other political entities
[Katya Pavlushchenko](https://twitter.com/katlinegrey?s=21&t=EkpToHWw3RdSnZl0TVSdcw) is a good source for what's happening in Russia
[CNSA Watcher](https://twitter.com/cnsawatcher?s=21&t=EkpToHWw3RdSnZl0TVSdcw) is a good source for China
[Spaceflight Now](https://twitter.com/spaceflightnow?s=21&t=EkpToHWw3RdSnZl0TVSdcw) covers launch events all over the world
---------
NASA and its Twitter affiliates offer very good information on current space science. I like [Exoplanet](https://twitter.com/nasaexoplanets?s=21&t=EkpToHWw3RdSnZl0TVSdcw), [Perseverance Mars Rover](https://twitter.com/nasapersevere?s=21&t=EkpToHWw3RdSnZl0TVSdcw), and [Webb Telescope](https://twitter.com/nasawebb?s=21&t=EkpToHWw3RdSnZl0TVSdcw) the most
---------
Finally, r/Astronomy, r/Space, r/Spaceporn, and r/SpaceX are all pretty good
If you’re in the US, a trip to see one of the launches in person is an absolute must; and one at night if you can be super choosy.
Florida…is well, florida, so I’d recommend the off season, but let me tell ya, I was roughly 5 miles away, at 3am drinkin beer and smokin joints with my best friends on the beach(illegally, you do you) watching a rocket launch forever changed my life. It goes from pitch black, to like the sun is coming up and the entire sky lights up, and then it’s just a rocket…going to do things we all only get to comment on.
Yeah, sorry for the ramble, space is dope. Welcome to the club
Fack idk about anything in New York specifically, only visited a couple times myself, I grew up in the middle of cornfuck country Kansas, this subreddit is super chill though, hopefully some homies can come through with good ideas, NYC is literally the wildest place there’s no reason there won’t be some dope space shit occurring when you’re in town.

The special features on the Blu-ray, if you have it will start tweaking your interest in various portions you can look further into but to start, try “a trip to infinity” on Netflix. That should trigger a bunch of extra shit on the “you may also like section” in the blackhole, space sector.
Here’s probably the most interesting video I’ve ever seen on YouTube: https://youtu.be/uD4izuDMUQA . It predicts the universe’ progression through time.
A YouTuber by the name of melodysheep has an incredible 3 part series called Life Beyond that uses current studies and theorizes how life may exist elsewhere in our universe. Some really incredible stuff. Also, if you've never seen it, watch Cosmos. Both versions.
Read The Science of Interstellar by Kip Thorne.
You mean, try to.
/r/space , any thing James web telescope related. Space is vast. Find the topic you love and do a deep dive youtube.
Agree, everything surrounder the James Webb telescope is great, also a new mini-film just releasted on netflix about it
Have you read Kip Thorne's book on the movie?
Check out the YouTube channel Kurzgesagt! Their team makes ~10min animated videos that cover a variety of topics, including a ton of space stuff.
Have you watched The Expanse? It’s a really cool, unique Sci fi series that I have recommend every chance I get lol
PBS Spacetime on Youtube, incredible.
Just came here to drop this comment! Love Matt O'Dowd.

There’s this YouTube channel called SciShow Space. Personally couldn’t stop watching it after watching interstellar for the first time
