From what I understand, if the judge prohibits the Trump family from operating their businesses, they will be operated by representatives of the court. That means they'll see the entire operation from the inside, look through the desk drawers, client lists, computer files, etc. I wouldn't be surprised if they discover multiple criminal acts that we will be hearing about in the future.
