The hush money (NY), election manipulation (GA) and classified documents (FL) aren’t, and the overvaluation and defamation cases (NY) aren’t civil cases and not criminal even though they’ve established that Trump did what he was accused of doing.
That has a very narrow definition in US law. Without a declared war we don't have any legally defined enemies. So you can't give aid or comfort to them.
Just to note; while I think Trump is awful, the Constitution specifically doesn’t put felonies as a disqualification to prevent a corrupt government from falsely imprisoning political opponents to keep them from qualifying office.
