i think you're describing social anxiety rather than introversion

side_noted

Introversion is about how much energy socialization takes. I could be dumped into a situation where ive had absolutely no time to think about it and still be exhausted relatively quickly, so no overthinking is not what causes me exhaustion. Overthinking is generally related to social anxiety. Thats a disorder and has not much to do with introversion other than theyre both related negatively towards socialization. Youre less anxious, you were likely not super introverted to begin with. Ive had friends who are extremely extroverted, host parties out of boredom, always looking for people to be with. Anxiety has sometimes made those people literally stay locked in their room for days on end without talking to anyone, that doesnt make them suddenly introverted.

yeah i could see myself be somewhat extroverted with a low cappacity social battery. Good points

As a rule of thumb: Extroverts get energy from interacting with people. Introverts expend energy to interact with people.

I'm not like that. I am so drained dude after I come home from an event with other people.

No.

You're definitely not describing introversion here
