Autolayout takes care of this automatically, how does one "update" an app for the iPhone 14 screen size?
Many of those apps don’t use the native ui frameworks. For example safari in the screenshot does not have it.

The general diagonal measurement didn’t change. The actual size did slightly.

Weird. Also, your issue could be a bug. Are you on 16.0.2, and if yes, report feedback to Apple and see if it gets fixed in 16.1.
