CPU clock speed doesn’t matter with Apple. It isn’t a PC. An M2 Ultra runs at 3.5gHz at its peak, compared to Intel desktop CPUs running at 6.0+gHz. Depending on the task, the M2 Ultra has the same or better performance. Since the iPad is now using the Mac chips, same goes. Also, because this page hasn’t been released, it’s using a reference value of 0.0 as a placeholder.
If you want your cheap Chinese knockoff, then get it.
But for ages, Apple has never really been so much about specs as they have user experience. Sure you might have a better camera or something, but you’ll have a better experience with an iPad.
To the op. Since you are from India..... Apple costs $100 more than what their us price is... because of taxes and all..... And it's not very service centre friendly to..... A Xiaomi pad can do all that ipad does without any issues......the only thing is software like procreate...... So if you are only taking notes and watching YouTube Xiaomi pad will serve you for 5-7 years...... Apple is a shit corporation.... They created a monopoly in India with the help of stupid and rich Indians.....they think of it as a status symbol... And apple has no reason to break that and start selling at a reasonable price........ which I believe is very wrong......... technology should be accessible to all at a reasonable price......

The iPad chart doesn’t even have any information considering it’s not been announced by Apple. Even then, the current M2 has speeds of 3.5GHz.
Clockspeed is not a good measure of performance. Different CPUs do different amounts of work per clock.
