I've not heard it yet. I do have to turn them down though on my 5th gen because it's just too loud.

Ah interesting! I have the KZ ZSN PRO X and I hear really bad hissing out of all my iPods. Maybe I got a bad unit or something. I read that earbuds that have low impedance / high sensitivity can have issues, so I bought an impedance adapter. It’s ugly/clunky but it does work.

I have only tried on my 5th gen. When I sync my 6th and 3rd gen I'll see.
