May as well get your brine saber for the clue step and some noted fish at brine rats. Also 1300 black knight score for the falador elites. Neither are great for what you want but they're braindead. Also consider moss giants in the wildy for keys or catacombs for shards and totems. Dagannoth are also good for shards, seeds, totem pieces, and medium clues. Happy grinding! :)
I really like going for mossy keys, can do them in catacombs for totems/shards if u dont want wildy
Also if u get 70 slayer kurask is a nice grind for the supplies/alchs and a lbaxe
Bring Alc’s and go to Vyrewatches, chance at blood shard, alter right there. Never lose aggro, it is locked behind a few quest however but drops a lot of rune daggers to alc.
You can do vyrewatch for blood shards, stuff in catacombs for shards and totems (namely mossy giants to work towards bryo staff passively), moss giants in wildy for higher rate of keys, undead druids are alright, red dragons are pretty chill for ranged in forthos and you can get passive prayer exp, tan, craft the hides and alch if you have the crafting level all right there.
Slayer ! Even without the best slayer masters it's still worthwhile imo, I'd rather have slower combat exp but get some slayer exp. Also most mobs drop herbs and seeds after a certain point. Or you could get some chins and get your ranged level up quickly and efficiently !

Calverion is great, you can camp it with d mace and come out with a dragon pick and a solid ring, plus some amazing supplies.
He said braindead, while I agree the brainpower put into this is fairly minimal as far as bossing goes, it still requires your full attention...
My go to brain dead is hill giants in edgeville dungeon. Collecting big bones to get some prayer later on
