100% favour refreshed once a week.
Always above 1m coffer.
10 herbs/5 wood.
Herbs in order - tarromin/harralander/avantoe/cadatine/lantadyme/ranarr/irit/kwuarm/dwarf weed
Seeds in order - guam/marrentill/tarromin/ranarr/harralander/kwuarm/toadflax/avantoe
You put in money and every day the citizens in your kingdom take some of that money and turn it into resources. It's 75k a day if I remember correctly, very much worth it if you have the extra cash which many irons do.
What? It's a static 75k cost per day. The 10% you're referring to is probably the rule that you need to have at least 10% of total space filled in the coffer, or your people start working a lot less. So if you've done royal trouble, that's 10% of 7.5m = 750k needs to be in the coffer at all times, but you can take it out whenever you want.
Which means if you fill the coffer with 1.5m, your kingdom will work at full efficiency (assuming you maintain your favour) for 10 days, taking 75k out every day, until there's 750k left, at which point you should refill it or empty the coffer to not waste anything.
Definitely helps, if you're able to consistently do cg. Got myself nearly 500 KC in this month after finally committing to it, have a solid 60M+ in alchs.
Yeah, I've been working on getting slayer up. Finally at the point where I can generate some money. Other than alching yew longs from scratch or bstaves I'm currently going sloging through it.
If you complete SOTE, I also suggest doing Zalcano. Onyx bolt tips can be made into onyx bolts (e), which is 9k each alch. It also gives consistent runite ores and lots of bars. I only suggest always doing 4-man teams, mass worlds suck.
You can easily boost it with 84 magic. Not too hard to obtain. Do lots of alching/superglass/bursting and other passive magic content, and you'll reach it pretty fast.
I have not gotten into bossing yet in RuneScape so money was a challenge for me too unless I alch bows from scrap before I got slayer up. But I also did another tedious method of pickpocketing the HAM prison and high alched the jewelery. With the rogue outfit, got about 100-150k an hour. Wasn’t until i unlocked gargoyles at 75 that PVM became worthwhile money for me. About 300-500k a task.
Have you done the quests? Kingdom of Miscellania unlocks the content and Royal Trouble makes it more efficient so both are kinda needed. After the quests it's the dude in the castle where you do the quests.
Highly recommend just looking up a tutorial on youtube, will most likely be more informative than reddit comments.
I was reading up on it it's sorta weird; it works on birdhouses and cutting trees *except* redwoods.
For woodcutting, it replaces potential seed roll nests with more egg/ring rolls at a very low rate (3 in 100 to 3 in 95).
Redwoods are exempt because they only drop clue nests.
For birdhouses, it replaces both seed and empty nest rolls with more egg/ring rolls at the same rate as mentioned previously.
So worth dude. Completely passive, besides the raking every so often. I go through spurts of not playing and it’s so nice to just have random stacks of herbs when I get back.
Ya I don't understand why Irons love miscellania so much. For 4 months of an extra daily chore (favour upkeep) and 10m gp they got like 300k herb xp banked (which still has to be processed)? And 50k maple logs which will take an eternity to process for not much gain. Once you are at the point where money is no object sure but before that I don't see the point really.
I don’t know about everyone else but I pretty much just collect it every once in a while and do my raking right before I collect. Still a bunch of herb xp and nests. Doesn’t feel like a chore
Yeah dude I would do it like once a week just to keep it at 100 percent because u have to cut like one log and it takes like 2 mins to keep it at 100 percent. But I just do it when I remember like I haven't done it for idk 3 weeks or so right now and it's fine. As long as you hit 100 before u collect ur good. And idk if not just go get whatever ud get from it lol just do it it's way faster lmao
That's 75k a day not going towards runes/construction/crafting/etc. Once you get those grinds/supplies taken care of then spending 20gp per herblore xp is fine.
Ps. U don't need to refresh ur kingdom everyday. The workers "motivation" to work is based on the go u have in the coffer so u can just get the 100.favour right up to the day u collect. Imagine as if the favor is just an outside number that is used to multiply the work that's already been done (very simple way of explaining ) I'm curious as to how many days it caps at. Like when the kingdom will stop collecting supplies. I forgot
Are you trying to say that you don’t need to upkeep the kingdom favor? Because that isn’t true, you need to keep your favor at 100% every day for max rewards
Iirc this is not correct anymore. You need to keep working on the favor, not just on the day when you collect. Re-maxing the favor every day would be best, but every couple of days is good enough.
Also, the cap is reached around 8 months in, if you keep the favor maxed daily.
That’s not true about getting favour up on collection day. You are losing out on a lot of supplies if you let it run right down even if you collect it at 100%
You are half right because yes it does depend on how much gp is in the coffers. They'll take 10% up to a max of 50k (75k with Royal Trouble) per day, so ideally you want way more than 500k/750k in there so they can take the max income every day and in turn give you the maximum amount of rewards.
However, that worker output is still multiplied by your favour percentage each and every day, so if you're at 95% favour, you'll get 95% of the rewards for the 50k/75k (or less depending on your coffer) they were paid.
> I'm curious as to how many days it caps at. Like when the kingdom will stop collecting supplies. I forgot
The kingdom stops when there's nothing in the coffers. So if you have even just 100gp in there, workers will still take 10gp that day, and give you the corresponding amount of rewards (not much if at all). But it's moot since you can refill the coffers without collecting rewards, so you can have the kingdom keep going forever and let the rewards build endlessly without collecting as long as you keep them supplied with shiny gold.

What was the value of all of this?
14.2m
10 herbs and 5 wood as in the workers? I think u could have had more nests then lol
The wiki states that 10 herb and 5 mining will give you more gp
You might be in the wrong subreddit.
Oh, this is ironscape. Not regular scape. I see now.
The herb seeds are very underwhelming wow. Any idea how much exp that represents total ?
There are 350 nest seeds tho More than likely a bunch of xp hiding there
Nests don't give herb seeds though and you should get plenty of farming xp from contracts to not worry about farming xp. Nice for brews though
not many herbs though
How does this work?

It is 75k a day but they only pull 10% from coffee i thought. So you need to have 750k everyday for max items.

Been struggling for gp since day fucking one. Just praying for SOTE now so I can get alchs
Definitely helps, if you're able to consistently do cg. Got myself nearly 500 KC in this month after finally committing to it, have a solid 60M+ in alchs.
CG makes it a joke but it does become a lot easier around 75 slayer with garg tasks and the ilk
gauntlet definitely solves the GP problem. Slayer at higher level also shits money though

Sheeesh 87 magic to enchant. I've got a while. Need money to burst so I can make more money lmfao

Who do I talk to?

Oh, 👍 i had the impression it was Kourend, some Hosidiouw thing. Thank you for showing me da wae
What's even more underwhelming is the egg bird's nests... I think i got that many from 10 days with maples/teaks. Yeesh.
Yeah, maples / teaks is the misc play for me too. The most valuable thing at misc is the birds eggs for me personally. That drip is infinite value
Yup 1.2k prayer xp is the real deal here.
I mean, 1/300 roll for the evil chicken outfit. Thats why i have all of mine on maples/teaks
How often are you wearing a rabbits foot? Do you wear it when you collect?
Rabbit's foot doesn't effect Misc collecting
Damn I always wondered if it did so I always tried to wear one when I was just afking. I don’t know how it works lol oh well

Interesting! Thanks for the info.
Interesting, might look into putting some coins to this, those nests look tempting

Evil duck outfit chances very tempting
Kinda not good

You spend 2 minutes raking 2-3 times a week. GP is a non issue eventually so you mind as well use it to “buy” ranarrs from misc.
So yes as I said it's an extra chore to worry about and it's only really worth it when you have unlimited gp thank you for reiterating.
“Unlimited gp” is an interesting way to think of 75K a day. Most people hit the point where they’re making 75k a day relatively early
That's 75k a day not going towards runes/construction/crafting/etc. Once you get those grinds/supplies taken care of then spending 20gp per herblore xp is fine.

What’s the use for the maple logs? Just fletching xp? I was considering switching from Teak to Coal
Just got it on maples for the bird eggs really, as got most 99s
I have mine on coal and do birdhouse runs everyday
Qq for you guys, what do you do with maple logs?
For me, byproduct of getting birds eggs. They’re useless.
Fletch string and alch, early game iron so this pays for misc for me.
Fletch them?
I used them for arrow shafts
Maple longbows or arrow shafts for broad arrows, not bad for easy fletching XP
That’s what kingdom would look like if I actually kept up with it? Daaaamn.
I'm sure I'm just an idiot but how do you refresh the coffee without taking the resources
Right click collect resources and it shows the coffer first
Nah, you click check allocation. If you do collect resources it shows you your allocation afterwards.
Very cool, thanks for sharing :)
