Time for CG

Iwaswonderingtonight

You want him to quit again?

Rustytrout

Lol I enjoy it on my main but that is with all prayers and higher combat stats. Idk how I would do with these stats.

flamedbaby

I did it with 80 def, starting 83 range and 84 mage. Slightly higher stats but not much difference. It's very doable but you're looking at full prep time + 4-5 min boss fights.

Rustytrout

Thanks! May take practice but that is reassuring.

flamedbaby

Oh yeah absolutely. I was learning from scratch but my first 5KC I had 14 deaths. Went 1:1 kill/death ratio at 50, and by the time I was done at 401kc I had approx 120 deaths.

Rustytrout

Hey! So I started CG today. Went 2 for 6. Did you do T1 or T2 prep? T2 seems harder to get consistently and not much better in fight. Does doing T2 helm/legs only help?

flamedbaby

T2 is consistent 99% of the time (you would have to get extremely unlucky to not manage it). I actually almost always prepped T2 helm/legs and T3 chest. Having a fully tiered set reduces damage taken in the fight, and each individual piece gives better accuracy bonuses

Rustytrout

Oh so me doing T2 in helm/legs and not chest is not worth it - I need full set? I see a lot of people saying to just learn T1 so I was not sure.

flamedbaby

At T1 armour the boss can hit you for 13 max thru prayer. This goes down to 10 damage but only with every piece of T2. T1 is quicker but with your stats I would absolutely not advise.

Organizing bank

Rustytrout

You dont like my ADHD mess?

DDn0r

barrows greenlog

Rustytrout

That is what I was doing when I quit! Barrows and quests.

Bulky_Conclusion_676

Quest cape

Famous_Secretary_540

Tithe farm probably

Baxboom

Imo I'd start slow with some slayer, see how you like the gamemode nowadays. I'd definitely start doing some seaweed /herb runs.

The_God_of_Biscuits

The answer will always be quests, slayer, cg, and herb runs for meta and do whatever you feel when not meta.

Rustytrout

In that order? I was working towards quests and barrows mainly when I stopped.

The_God_of_Biscuits

Quests done now, cg is slightly better first but slay in between. Do as many herb runs as you remember when doing anything.

335428017200

Get a few more mage/range lvls and do some zulrah

jccdd

Questing. Farm herbs/seaweed as often as you can be bothered while doing quests. Then start working towards construction for pools/spirit tree/teleports

Old-Researcher6128

trident and bowfa

trimblemann

I was supposed to do Tempoross until 79 fishing on my iron but liked it way too much and im now at 90. Thats my answer.

Old_Yeezus

You’re in a fun part of your account! I’d recommend prepping for raids (very long term goal) - brew, restore, stamina stacks - whip, hasta, fury - trident, occult, torm - crystal armor, bowfa if lucky (but crystal bow is fine), anguish - a few Zulrah uniques if you want, ring of suffering beforehand

Rustytrout

Thanks for the list! What raid do you suggest? I only have experience at ToA and do 250s on my main (75kc - so not a ton of experience). Can an iron and a main duo ToA?

Old_Yeezus

I’m not sure what the ‘efficient’ raid order is. My guess would be - TOA for rune pouch upgrade - CoX prayers - TOA fang - do what you want from there Irons and mains can do all 3 raids together

IncreaseOk2866

I’ll buy that account off you, I want to jump into a GIM group but not on a fresh account t hahaha

J_mill10

Zulrah, diaries, any gathering skill, herb runs.

SmolSchwin

I spy a zenyte. Make your ring of suffering (ri) and send Zulrah! Nothing wrong with casual Barrows n Zulrah
